Introduction: Igniting the Sacred Fires - Kriya Meditation Retreat, as the name suggests, it is a conscious step in the direction of making the Spiritual process alive. Through this technique and retreat format, you will have the tools and circumstances needed to make your efforts count.

Technique: The technique used will be a Kriya Pranayama, very effective, from the Kriya Yoga tradition. During your meditation and silence retreat, you will learn this Kriya in stages.

Teachings: “The Sacred Path” is a series of videos made by Narayana that portray in simple words the depth of the spiritual path towards Liberation. At the end of each day you will watch the videos, which will bring you an understanding of your meditation and spiritual process as a whole.

During your first Silent Meditation Retreat you will learn this Kriya Meditation technique In stages. After learning the kriya in your first retreat, you can use this retreat format to mature your awareness of the practice of the kriya and to deepen more and more your meditation. Each retreat is unique and will focus on the next stages of your spiritual process. By coming to the Silent Meditation Retreat you will practice intensely and whole heartedly for the maximum Spiritual Results.

There will be 10 hours a day of Meditation in the Meditation hall, and daily instructions concerning the technique and the spiritual path. There will be 2 simple vegetarian meals a day, lunch will be the last meal. In the absence of Narayana you can access the videos of his satsangs with the most pertinent questions and answers.
