Retreat: June 1st to 12th, 2023

The place is suitable for establishing the peace connection of the meditation retreat. The process is not easy, physically painful. It requires great mental discipline. However, with dedication, it is possible to complete the process.

The residents are very compassionate, they treat us with respect and great affection. The food is balanced in the cleaning process, delicious and healthy.

I advise for courageous and determined seekers in the spiritual process.

Gratitude to City of Angels for the welcome.

To greatly appreciate the hospitality of Sriman Narayana for opening his place to everyone.

And how can we not fail to thank the welcome of the residents with the attention, delights of food, and respect!

And the gift of Swami Sankara's conduct in these 10 days, of his perseverance and patience giving us the necessary strength to continue and reach the end.

Thank you.

Retreat: February 1st to 12th, 2023

At this moment the vibration I recognize in me is gratitude. Of receiving teachings for a difficult journey of existence that I recognize here awakened towards the divine source.
The days were challenging for me, at each beginning and end of the day, I faced resistance. Some left me weakened others with such an effort of resistance that by the end I felt myself following the journey. It was important the support of the guru and the monks for walking to still obscure discoveries of myself. I was afraid of not completing the journey. Several times I thought I wouldn't make it. I made it, but the victory was not of the ego, but of the nuances of my soul that shone through.
I saw clouds many times, but in the end I saw the sun.
